The California Arts Council Request for Proposals (RFPs) for Arts in Corrections are intended to bolster the values upheld by the state prison arts program through opportunities in the following areas:

PROGRAMMING - COORDINATING ORGANIZATIONS

The California Arts Council is currently seeking to contract with new, current, and returning Coordinating Organizations to provide AIC programming that promotes healing and well-being through creativity.

All associated RFP documents are available for download through the Cal eProcure marketplace.

The final deadline for submitting proposals is Monday, November 24, 2025, 3 p.m. PST.

WEBINAR AND Q&A RESOURCES

The CAC will conduct a bidder’s conference on this RFP on Friday, November 14, 2025 at 10 a.m.
